In my mind there’s really no substitute for meeting in person and after a couple of years of having no in person events, I have been feeling a really strong desire to create an event that can bring this incredible community together.
This episode is dedicated to our Rise and Shine Retreat that I am co-hosting with Sunny Roberts from Wholehearted Woman.
In this episode, I am talking through:
- Why I am hosting this retreat
- What it’s like to go on a retreat for those of you that may be a little nervous about going on a retreat for the first time
- My intention for the retreat and a bit of an insight into what will be happening
- What I wish for those who are attending to get out of this experience
If you are feeling drawn to join us, there is a reason that you feel that. It’s your intuition or a little nudge from the universe that this is an experience that is for you and where you’re at in life right now.
Sunny and I have created a spacious schedule with so many experiences including meditation and yoga, a workshop about cooking sustainable and nourishing food, a sacred cacao ceremony and more so that you have time to relax alongside stepping out of your comfort zone a little.
